We arrived at Arches National Park around 1pm. We hadn't hiked, on the trip at that point, but to get to Landscape Arch, we needed to hike at least 2 miles.... I don't remember the exact distance, but I felt like a long hike!!! It was at least a 20 min walk! Finally, we could see Landscape Arch, but I didn't go to the closest point because I didn't want to hike anymore.... lol
I took pictures, using a zoom, from a farther viewpoint. They're nice pictures, though, right? But, while I was taking pictures, I was fighting with tiny flying bugs!! There were millions (that could be a bit of an exaggeration lol) of bugs. They flew around my face, hair and ears. I hate the flying bug's sound.... I put my towel on my head and covered my ears.
The long hike and fight with bugs paid off. The views at Arches are just spectacular. Looking at the arches made me think how nature can create such a beautiful objects.
