This was the first National Park/Monument on our roadtrip. It was Saturday(6/20) and entrance was free that weekend! yahoo!
When I saw the park, I was in awe.... It was such a sunny, beautiful day. White Sands are so shiny and bright from sunlight. The sky was so blue. It was a blue and white world. You can see for miles and miles. Some people were just sitting there to enjoy the view. I tried to take nice pictures, but the contrast of the sky and the bright white sand was so hard to get good pictures.
